Clean rooms,comfortable beds friendly staff and good breakfast make this hotel my choice when visiting friends and family in the Greenville area. The only con I have on this visit is the indoor pool was too cold to swim. I did not have this problem on previous visits. ~ Guest
We stayed for 2 nights , immediately upon walking in the front doors , your notice the modern and super clean look . The front desk staff professionally dressed and friendly ! Check in was very easy ! As we walked into the elevator you notice a camera , also parking lot has tons of cameras an new led lights we felt very safe . As we unlocked our room door you immediately walk into a huge room with 2 queen beds an an pullout sofa sleeper , tv was wall mounted an could face the beds or the couch area and actually a decent size. The had put together a nice 3 ring binder , with all local places , to eat or visit . 1st night was amazing ,the following day we spent all day with our family an didnt get back till around 1am as we walked in our room we noticed the beds hadnt been made or the trash not taken . Not really a big deal but our son had gotten sick the night before so clean sheets would have been nice so we call the front desk the lady immediately starts apologizing and checks to see why our room wasn't cleaned , she stated that the maids said there was a do not disturb on the door which,there was not we weren't even provided with one in our room . The lady provides new covers an towels for our rooms and apologizes again . Overall the stay was great the kids loved the room and hotel was very up to date we will be staying here again ~ Guest
